Refund policy

If you've made a mistake or changed your mind about a purchase, please inform us within 6 hours to receive a full refund. Please note that this policy does not apply once your product has entered production.
In case you request a refund after the initial 6-hour window, a fee will be deducted depending on the stage of production. However, you may choose to convert the amount into a WallFusion Gift Card for future purchases.
Please note that once a product is ready for shipment, we cannot process any refunds or convert the amount into a WallFusion Gift Card.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges after the product is ready for shipment or has been delivered. If you wish to request a change, please do so within 6 hours of purchase. Any remaining balance will be handled at our discretion.
Damages and Issues
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds once a product has been delivered, as we do not resell returned items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos or a video of the product, package, and shipping label within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery and email them to us. We will process a replacement promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
All products listed in our store are made to order, which helps us minimize waste and align with our mission of reducing waste and promoting an eco-friendly approach. Therefore, we do not accept returns on personalized or standard items.
Please note that we provide a satisfaction guarantee. If your product is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, we will process a replacement as soon as possible, provided you send clear photos or a video of the product, package, and shipping label within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Refund Confirmation
We will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
