All our products are custom-made on demand. Skilled artisans craft each item from steel. They only produce them when you order them, which reduces waste. This aligns with our mission of an eco-friendly approach.
We will process your order six hours after you place it. This gives you time to request changes or fix any mistakes in the order details or address. If you decide to cancel any part of your order, please do so within this 6-hour window for a full refund.
We only ship within the United States.
How to Check Your Order Status
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update. For more information, contact us via email or send us a message on Facebook or Instagram.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We use shipping companies like FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver our products. Certain carriers may decline oversized items for P.O. boxes. So, for seamless delivery, please provide a physical address.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Our products are custom-made on demand. So, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after delivery. As, we do not resell any returned items.
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos or a video of the product, package, and label. Email them to us at our email within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement at the earliest.
We also offer insured standard shipping for an extra cost, which you may select at checkout.
Even with free shipping, we will fix any delivery issues or delays.
